Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 October 2026
Tagloud ("we", "us") is a service that joins ad spend with call outcomes and analyzes recorded business phone calls for pay-per-call marketers. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account information — your email, name, company and a securely hashed password.
- Call data you send us — call IDs, caller phone numbers, call duration, publisher and buyer names, links to call recordings, and the transcripts and results we create from them.
- Visits and leads from your own websites — if you add the Tagloud snippet to your site: pages viewed, traffic source (such as ad click IDs and UTM tags), device type, approximate city (worked out from the IP address, which is not stored except for visits from a paid ad click, where it is kept encrypted for 30 days to spot fake or repeated clicks; uses GeoLite2 data created by MaxMind, available from https://www.maxmind.com), scroll depth, click positions, load time, call-button taps, and the answers visitors send in your forms (such as name, phone, email and other fields), so they appear in your Leads list. Form answers are encrypted on our servers and shown only inside your account. The snippet never reads passwords, Social Security, card or bank numbers or dates of birth. You are responsible for telling your site visitors about it in your own privacy policy.
- Website information — basic technical data such as IP address (stored only as a one-way hash for abuse prevention), and anything you type into our demo or contact forms.
How we use it
- To transcribe and analyze calls against the rules you set, and show you the results.
- To run your account, send service emails (such as password resets and plan notices) and provide support.
- To prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use your call data to advertise to anyone.
Audio, transcripts and retention
We read call recordings from the link your platform provides in order to transcribe them; we do not store the audio files. Social Security numbers, card, bank, routing and other ID numbers, email addresses and dates of birth are removed during transcription, before anything is saved. Caller phone numbers are encrypted when they arrive and are shown only as their last 5 digits. Each account chooses how long call details are kept (30 to 365 days, 90 by default); after that the transcript, raw call data, recording link, evidence quotes and the encrypted caller number are deleted. Verdicts and scores remain in your account until you delete the campaign or close your account.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run Tagloud, which process data only on our instructions. The current list, with what each one receives, is on our Subprocessors page. These providers may process data outside your country.
Your responsibilities for call recordings
You are responsible for giving any notices and obtaining any consents required by law to record calls and to share recordings with us for analysis.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and call content is encrypted on our servers. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, and access to customer data is restricted to your own account. Every time our staff open your data it is recorded and shown to you on your Account page. See Security for details.
Your choices
You can update your profile, delete campaigns (which deletes their calls) or ask us to close your account and delete your data by contacting hello@tagloud.com.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Material changes will be notified by email to account holders.
