Subprocessors
Last updated: 30 October 2026
These are the companies that process customer data on Tagloud's behalf. Each one receives only what it needs for its job and is bound by its own data processing terms. We list changes here at least 30 days before a new subprocessor starts receiving customer data, except in an emergency.
| Company | What for | What data it receives | When |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hostinger International Ltd. | Application hosting, database, backups and outgoing email | Everything stored in Tagloud (call content encrypted) | Always |
| Deepgram, Inc. (USA) | Speech-to-text | The call recording, streamed for transcription only. Deepgram removes sensitive numbers from the transcript. Audio is not stored by Tagloud. | Always |
| NVIDIA Corporation (USA) | AI call analysis, AI search checks and marketing suggestions | The redacted transcript, your qualification rules, call length and the last 5 digits of the caller number; for AI search and health: your brand name, competitors, the questions you track and summary marketing numbers (no caller or lead data) | Always |
| Anthropic PBC (USA) | AI call analysis (alternative model) | Same as above | Only if enabled for your account |
| OpenAI, Google (Gemini), Perplexity AI (USA) | AI search checks | Only the questions you track (no customer, caller or lead data) | Only if Tagloud enables these models |
| Google LLC (USA) | Sign in with Google; sending qualified calls to your own Google Ads account | Your Google sign-in email. If you turn on conversions: caller number, call time and value of qualified calls, delivered to your own Google Ads account through your own script | Only if you use these features |
Your call platform (CallGrid, Ringba, Retreaver or similar) and your ad accounts are services you connect yourself; they are not Tagloud subprocessors.
