AI call quality scoring for Ringba

What comes over from Ringba

Caller number (encrypted on arrival), call duration, campaign, publisher, buyer or target, payout, transfer status and the recording link. The recording is read only to transcribe the call and is never stored.

Setup

1. Create a campaign in Tagloud and copy its webhook link.
2. In Ringba, add a pixel or webhook that fires when a call is completed and paste the link.
3. Optional: add a Ringba API key to import the last 90 days of calls and turn on the hourly auto-import.
4. Write your qualification rules, or turn on transferred = qualified.

The connect window shows each step on screen and runs a live test so you can see the first call arrive.

What you see for each Ringba call

• Qualified, not qualified or needs review, with a score
• A rule-by-rule check with the caller's words
• Junk flags: short call, hang-up, repeat caller, wrong number, out of area
