Call QA for intake centers and law firms
Your agents take the call. Tagloud checks it against your intake rules the moment it ends, so you know which calls were worth paying for without listening to every recording.
The problem: paying for calls that never become cases
Most intake teams know what they pay per call. Far fewer know what they pay per call that turns into a signed case. The gap usually hides in a few vendors, a few campaigns and a few hours of the day, and finding it by hand means listening to recordings one by one.
When a vendor sends a bad call, the dispute often turns into a phone argument: your team says the caller was already represented, the vendor says the call ran three minutes. Without evidence, the loudest side wins.
What Tagloud does for intake teams
- A verdict on every call over 60 seconds. Qualified, not qualified or needs review, checked by AI against the rules you write for each campaign.
- The caller's own words as evidence. Every rejection shows the quote that decided it, such as "No, I already have a lawyer."
- Cost per signed case by vendor. Mark signed cases in the Leads CRM and Tagloud shows which publisher, campaign and keyword they came from.
- Junk flags. Short calls, hang-ups, repeat callers, wrong numbers and out-of-area callers are flagged automatically.
- Best hours. A day-by-hour heatmap shows when good callers phone in, so you can staff the floor and set bids around it.
- Calls and web forms in one list. The Leads CRM shows whether a form lead also called and whether that call qualified.
Rules written in plain English
You describe a good call the way you would to a new intake agent. For an SSDI campaign that might be:
- Caller is 50 or older
- Worked at least 5 of the last 10 years
- Out of work, or expects to be, for 12 months or more
- Not already represented by an attorney
Tagloud checks each rule separately and shows met, not met or unclear, with the quote behind each one. See our SSDI qualification rules checklist for a fuller starting set.
Prefer simple? Use "transferred = qualified"
Some SSDI-style buyers only care whether the call was transferred to an attorney. Turn on transferred = qualified for a campaign and Tagloud skips the AI check and counts every transferred call as qualified. You still get publisher ranking and cost per qualified call.
Do we need Google Ads?
No. Connect only your call platform and you get a verdict on every call, the quote behind each rejection and a ranking of every vendor. Google Ads, your website and Google Analytics can be added later.
Sensitive data stays out
Intake calls carry Social Security numbers, dates of birth and medical details. Tagloud removes SSNs, card, bank and ID numbers while the call is transcribed, never stores the audio, and shows caller numbers as the last 5 digits only. Read more on our security page.
Try it on your own calls. 7 days and 100 analyzed calls free, no card needed. Connect CallGrid, Ringba or Retreaver in about 5 minutes.
