How it works
- Choose a campaign such as home insurance, home improvement or debt relief, or write your own rules, one per line.
- Choose a call: upload a recording, pick a sample or paste a transcript. Speaker labels can be anything, such as Agent and Caller.
- Get the verdict: qualified, not qualified or needs review, a score, the reason, junk flags and a rule-by-rule check with quotes.
What happens to the recording
The recording is transcribed, analyzed and discarded. It is not stored. Please only upload calls you're allowed to share, and don't paste real names, phone numbers or account details into a transcript.
Writing good rules
Write each rule as something the caller can confirm or deny on the call: "Owns the home", "Lives in Texas, Florida or Georgia", "Has not hired an attorney". Avoid rules that depend on data the caller never says. For examples, see our SSDI rules checklist.
